The
evil twin brother of King Cuthbert, Jasper is a selfish and bitter man.
For Jasper was born just after his brother and therefore not heir to the
throne.
He plots to 'turn the tables' on his brother and secure the crown for himself. Jasper is a villain in the true sense of the word - capable of great charm to serve a purpose, but ultimately dark, maniacal and obsessed with his own self-importance.
